Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bro123 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available window. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes once approved. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practicable.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Users wishing to withdraw amounts above this limit must submit multiple requests on separate business days.

bro123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
